We Have 3 Days Return and Refund Policy

Before Applying for Return/Refund!

Make sure:

  • You Apply for Return/Refund within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all the accessories (if any), in same condition as we sent it to you
  • Product has Return/Refund policy, if any product doesn't have return/refund policy then it would be mentioned on product details page

Received Defective/Wrong Product?

If you have received defective product/wrong product (for i.e. size, color etc) by ShopQuite mistake, or the product is not as per the mentioned description on the website:

  • We will exchange the product with same or different product or get refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  • We will first pickup defective/wrong parcel from your place
  • After receving defective/wrong parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy

You Didn't Like the Product?

If you have received correct procuct and you didn't like the product then:

  • You can exchange it with any other product or get refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  • You will have to send the parcel back to us, parcel sending charges will be bear by you
  • After receving parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy

Refund Policy

If you have want refund then following conditions apply:

  • Refund be issued within 5 working days of receving product back
  • 20% Service Charges will be deducted from the order amount and rest will be refunded
  • Refund will only be issued via Direct Bank Transfer into Customer's bank account
  • If customer need refund via Easy Paisa then Easy Paisa service charges will be deducted from refund amount
